first cycle eating habits

hi guys starting my first cycle a test 500mgs a week with regards food i know i need to eat more per day clean meals would u say hi protein low carb moderate fat , carbs around the workout window pre, during and after as in a shake like vitargo thats what i was doing when training with no test just woundered if it stayed the same with test cheers

u needa put size on man... i would have carbs fats and protein with all ur meals to be honest man..... maybe the last meal cut the carbs

Hi Bostin,

I was going through the QA to find the answer to the same question asked by stonesmalc. I'm going to run a first cycle as you suggested in your video on beginners cycle. I was wondering if you'd suggest the same diet to me. I'm very lean and I just want to add size to my body preferably keeping the same BF%. I'm currently under 5%.

I just want to see how my body responds to steroids before I decide if I want to go further. Please bear in mind the I'm not a young guy. I have a family and I'm just too frustrated of being so small though in good shape.

I'd appreciate your response. If you need me to post a pic let me know please.

@bostin - i will man. i'm soo excited to see what this first cycle brings :D - also is it ok/safe to take igf1 on your first cycle for lagging body parts? i did watch your video though. Do i only take it as and when i want or there has to be a cycle?
