the flat look is mainly from the depletion of muscle glycogen :) After a reefed day 400-500g carbs (some need more, but that's about it for me ) you will look fuller, better pumps, restored glycogen. You NEED these carb up days, But the carbs source doesn't have to be junk. I like 70% clean carbs, like rice, oatmeal with raisins, rice cakes.. and then 30% of whatever i would like that day. Most likely ice cream or cake lol
