diet and cheat meals

Im doin a keto type diet. Was wondering if cheat meals are neccesary while on gear and t3. And after a cheat meal should you still look flat. I kinda got off track and ate like shit for 2 days and im 2 days back into 50g carbs or less and i feel so small lol is that normal

u def need cheats on a keto diet man.... yes being flat is normal on a keto diet lol

the flat look is mainly from the depletion of muscle glycogen :) After a reefed day 400-500g carbs (some need more, but that's about it for me ) you will look fuller, better pumps, restored glycogen. You NEED these carb up days, But the carbs source doesn't have to be junk. I like 70% clean carbs, like rice, oatmeal with raisins, rice cakes.. and then 30% of whatever i would like that day. Most likely ice cream or cake lol
