Hey bostin I work as gnc and sit on my ass all day and eat. There for do I still needs a good amount of carbs for offseason or should I sit more on the lower end of carbs and still with higher protien and fats??? I just don't wanna put on to much fat from killing a good amount of carbs throughout the day.
do 400 pro 200 carbs (around workouts) and 200-300 fats a day....
