hey bigdb , at the end of Jun till end of Jul I'll be fasting from around 4am till 9pm no food no drink at all for the whole month , I only have 8 hours to eat and drink . Hopefully I'll be on a cycle since it's summer and I have free time.
so what are your suggestions?
should I eat big meal let say 9pm and after 2 hours, hit the gym take my shake and after like 1 hour eat another big meal and before 4am another meal ?
it will be something like that
meal 1: shake,10 eggs, 12oz chicken, 2 cup brown rice, 2 tbsp coconut oil
meal 2: 7oz steak , pasta , half avocado 3 turkey bacon .
meal 3: casein protein, 1/2cup cottage cheese, 1 or 2 tbsp peanut butter.
I'm aiming for 3200+ cal since right now I'm eating like 2700-2900cal
