I seriously can't be the only one who gets nasty ass protein farts. It's usually only from eating too much tuna but now is with ALL protein shakes, it's driving my girl crazy and I think I'm about to be kicked out of the gym haha any way to stop this? I tried beano xgas, dining more water, changing protein brands. The problem is that I'm only having like 50mg protein power shake do I can't cut back anymore! Thanks in advance.
