FARTING!!

I seriously can't be the only one who gets nasty ass protein farts. It's usually only from eating too much tuna but now is with ALL protein shakes, it's driving my girl crazy and I think I'm about to be kicked out of the gym haha any way to stop this? I tried beano xgas, dining more water, changing protein brands. The problem is that I'm only having like 50mg protein power shake do I can't cut back anymore! Thanks in advance.

You need to take digestive enzymes and a quality Pro biotic, go to the health food store and get the ones they store in the fridge. Also I bet your fiber intake is very low

I'll look into the digestive enzymes! Thanks! I drink kefir milk and it has probiotics in it, is that ok? And this might sound dumb but since fiber makes you shit more, wouldn't that go hand in hand with excessive farting and just make it worse?

Fiber will help clean you out. You could be farting from built up gas from having more shit in your intestines the you should have. I don't think that milk has enough if you are having this problem, pro biotics helped me a lot!

Protein farts are a myth. It is just lactose intolerance from dairy and whey.

Kefir is ok for probiotics, Kefir has more probiotics counts than most of the pills
