Runnin a cycle of test and eq I'm 6'3 210 w/11% body fat. What's the best diet for me to get down to about 6% BF and gain some lean tissue along the way??
Currently am eating 300g Protein 150g Carbs and 90g Fats
50 pro 30 carbs and 15 fat per meal... last 2 meals cut carbs out... 30 min cardio a day post workout.. make sure to eat every 2-3 hrs and clean foods.. non of this iifym bullshit
Is it okay to work out morning empty stomach then cardio
no never train on empty stomach always have food 1 hr to training
