Best food for adding muscle

Just wondering what the best food practice is for adding muscle I'm finally at around 213 pounds. I have some fat left but want to add in muscle now any suggestions along with workouts?

i also ate half a box of white rice i was so hungry . felt like throwing up all day and bloated.
