Hi guys, I was just wondering how everybody is scheduling their refeed days. Bostin if you could pitch in, I would appreciate it. Also do you do it on weak muscle parts or anytime (2 x a week, 3 x a week)? Thanks for the info
id do a cheat meal on ur weak body part days before bed... 2 times a week at the most and keep cardio in always
so would a normal cheat day be high carbs high fats...or just high carbs
