breakfast/ pre workout

So I wake up at 530 and go to the gym at 6am and after my workout I have my shake. But my issue is I don't know what I should eat right when I get up before my workout and after if I should have a meal along with my shake. The rest of my meals are pretty solid but the morning is rough because I have to go to work right after my workout. I don't take anything other then my protein so any advice on supps would be good to.

Have a shake before too if time is an absolute issue...blend oats, put a cup of egg whites, and some water, and a scoop or two of whey, with some natural pb or olive oil...it's bet err than nothing and definitely better than trying to choke down a whole meal in ten min...but if u can eat fast go for the real meal..like cooked oats and eggs.

have 5 whole eggs 5 whites and a half cup oats measured uncooked... u needa eat before u train 100 percent
