Bostin! Quick question. I'm trying to drop as much fat as possible, in the shortest amount of time without losing a fuck load of muscle. I'm keeping my protein high as fuck. How low can I bring my carbs and fats? What would you recommend? 600test e/week 600tren e/week and 50mcg of t3 a day. I actually upped my shit like a few weeks back haha. Was running lower doses. Please help! I'm not trying to get stupid shredded competition ready, just lean, close to 9%. Currently 187 at 15%bf. 14% of which is straight dick weight. Thanks a bunch dude!
