Hey guys just competed in Men's Physique, was 5'11, 165 on stage, lean but super flat and over dieted (got sick weeks of prep so had to rush) ended up 6th in my class.Got food poisoning the weekend after the show, so no test+ hospital for 3 days= lots of muscle loss. That was 3 weeks ago, since then been eating high carb low to no fat but not really counting or anything. I am starting "prep" for the next show now which is 13 weeks away, and welcome to some macros!

5'11
175 lbs probably 6%-8% chest, quad, and oblique veins all still there.
2weeks ago started
500mg test, 50mg winny (helps my strength get back), 50mcg t3,and AI's etc
8 weeks out
250mg test, 525 mast, 350 tren
4 weeks out 125 test 525 mast, 525 tren
Im open to any advice criticism

fats are way to low.. 13 weeks out i would be on 350 pro 150-200 fat and 90-120 carbs..i prob have more muscle then u tho.. for u id do 125 fats
