Keto/low carb exhaustion,bad mood?

Hello guys.Have anyone else noticed feeling tired all the time,being in mad mood all the time in a low carb/keto diet?I find that on my refeed days i get happy,full of energy and feeling really well lol.Like im high.Anyone else with this issue?

You get used to it after a while took me 5 months to go from 225 to 157 went insane ate 2 boxes of cinnamon toast crunch and 2 buffets went to 166 been recovering since back to 155 now. Although once in a while my hormones will go insane and Literally I could eat anything, I would be completely full and satisfied yet I want chips and beef jerky and this and that until i grab anything i see and throw it in the trash so i dont binge eat and then i go to sleep.

Oh okay i see.I was asking because i was never doing low carb or keto i was just reducing my carbs slightly every 2 weeks,I reached about 11% bf but then the fat loss stalled and i switched to carb cycling which is working wonders.Thank you for the answer man

If your low carb your probably low calorie also. Ive found it easiest to save all my calories from 1pm to 9pm for satiety and go to bed feeling just right.

Oh ya and for satiety a blender adds ton of air to protein shakes making them twice the size. 12oz of water and ice and 1 scoop or protein makes like a giant 24oz shake if a blender is used.

thats not true fats are way denser calorie wise
