Cutting cycle
WEEKS 1-8: Winstrol 50mg Every Day

* WEEKS 1-6: Trenabol 75mg Every other Day

* WEEKS 1-8: Testosterone Propionate 50mg Every other Day

* WEEKS 4-8: Masteron 100mg Every Other Day

* WEEKS 3-8: T3 50-75mcg Every Day

* Clenbuterol 80-100mcg: 14 DAYS ON, 14 DAYS OFF

Your gonna be lose a lot of size with that much t3 and such low doses of test and tren

Cheers guys I'm caught between both of your opinions that's why I posted! Wonder what Bostin thinks of the low test he will probably recommend at least a gram( optimum) unless the half life's in the above -weave in and out? He will def say to stay on Clen!

im on 100mcg t3 and im only taking 700mg test prop 600mg masteron and 60mg winstrol ed and im not losing muscle.If anything i have gotten stronger since the prop kicked in.Yes you might get flat but that doesnt mean you are gonna lose muscle lol.Yeah no need to take time off clen just keep it throughout the cycle

Yeah im pretty happy ive used it quite some times.As for clen i have stopped using this shit.It gave me great results the first time i used it.After that the side effects are even worse and i get nothing out of it.If it is still working for you then by all means take it.Im not in caloric defict,i eat around my maitetance and do cardio 5 days a week(30 min).FOR ME t3 works better when i have carbs throughout the day.Not many carbs but at least 50 carbs will do the job for me.You may feel lethargic or exhausted during your workouts but push through it.If your strength isnt dropping then your muscles are safe.again dont mistake flatness for muscle loss you get depleted pretty fast with t3 if its legit.The t3 i take is straight from the pharmacy so its legit 100% so im talking from experience and what i see when going 50mcg or more of t3.if you have any more questions just let me know.

Oh and i would up your dose of test prop.At least 150mg eod.Just to be in the safe side.Everything else look ok to me.Only up the t3 dose if you hit a plateu

I'm around 14% body fat -weight 170lbs
Train weights split body 5 days week
30 min walk 4 days week 2 days sprinting in between for 15 secs.

Diet to cut body fat - want to see the six pack then slowly rise from there! From your pic you already have it! Lol

Maintenance for me is around 2,380 so hopefully I'm not too drastic on deficit-

Deficit 680 cals. Sunday fast day!

Cals 1,700 carbs-40grams Fat-70grams Protein-170grams.
Carbs 10% Fat 42%. Protein 48%. This is for 6 days week- 1 day high carb as below:

Cals 1,850. Carbs-100 grams. Fat-60grams. Protein-180.
Carbs 26%. Fat 34%. Protein 40%. This is for one day only

What's your opinion on this dumbell

I would up protein up to at least 220grams everyday.T3 metabolizes every macronutrient faster so you wanna make sure you up your protein a bit.The way i saw more results was not cutting calories right away.I mean i started at a maitetance then if i hit a plateu i would slowly reduce carbs each week.25-35grams of carbs.Then not really fan of HIIT at all but it is working then more power to you.I do cardio first thing in the morning fasted then wait 45 mins until i eat something.Another approach would be carb cycling.In your training days you could havfe some carbs around your workouts and during your non training days go no carb.Once every two weeks you will have a refeed day where you get a slight caloric surplus so you give your body a break and refill glycogen.This is what ive tried and works best for me.If you want give eit a shot and see how it goes.As for the abs i was overweight by entire lifef,i only have definition on my abs for the past 3 months or so.I know how hawrd it is to get abs for the first time.So good luck!
