I'm about 12-13% body fat at 218lbs and want to get down to 6-7% I'm the next couple months while at least maintaining mass or slightly increasing mass. What's the best breakdown of macros and calorie intake to accomplish this?
Follow a moderate protein higher fat low carb diet first... cut carbs first then if needed cut fats
