whens the best time to do cardio? is after your workout okay or?

most people say first thing on empty stomach

after weights would prolly be next best but id keep it to 30mins if u already done 45mins to hour of weights

Farah would say not to do it completely fasted in the morning bc you have high cortisol so cardio won't due shit. He recommends to get some protein in your system first. If your on test, this is less of a concern. But yes, after workout is great time too as you have depleted glycogen and will burn fat.
