Carb timing

I have my fitness pal app and eating protein isn't a problem. What is the best time of the day to eat my carbs(fruit) and carbs(oats,brown rice, or wheat bread)? I drink one protein shake per day mix of casine,whey,egg whites, and soy milk. Any help would be appreciated. 2500 calories per day and on 1cc test and 1cc tren EOD
