Does diet/calories stay the same on non training days? On training days i have carbs in am pre and post. Just recently cut carbs am and stick to pre and post. 45 mins cardio am and 30-45 mins cardio after weight training. Been performing supersets and trisets all in one hour. 30 mins cardio after that , going by what my body tells me. Now what about on non-training days. Do cals stay the same?
