High fat High protein low carb

185lbs.

Eating 3,400 calls a day
Fats- 170
Carbs 150 ( breakfast pre workout and post workout)
Protein 250

My carbs come from oats rice an waxy (pwo)
Fats : walnut, almond, rice bran oil, cocoa, avocado, coconut oil, flaxseed, olive oil
Protein: the usual lol chicken turkey eggs steak etc

Just trying to keep as much fat and bloat off as possible while lean bulking. Be good to know if you guys think that seems reasonable or should I up my protein and lower my fats? Thanks guys.

Looks good to me. If you stall you can up the carbs to 200g But then i wouldnt up then anymore

I like too play with my carbs depending on what I'm doing that day for example if I'm training legs I will take in a lot more than a non training day. But it all looks good if you are making progress keep protein the same if not up it 20g a day see how that goes for a few weeks and so on.

im 6'2 with 176 pounds (natural) and about 15% body fat trying to cut but no loose any muscle

taking 176g of protein (fish, chicken and egg whites)
176g of carbs (whole wheat rice and pasta, and oatmeal)
58g of fat from pretty much just olive oil

is this a good meal plan?? im so mind confused by seeing this topic can anyone help?
