Keto (fat vs protein ratio)

There seems to be two schools of thought on this; one teaches to do height fat (75% of daily intake) and the rest is mostly protein. The second; high protein and low fats. Which have you guys had the most success on? I've been running a keto diet with higher fats and about 200g protein [2700] and have success on it. Thinking of adding clen and DNP to ramp things up.
