How do you work out your cal/macro intake?

I've started going to the gym recently just learning the machines currently and have a plan set out by Tanner(forum user) and I've noticed with what I'm currently doing my calves have turned to rocks(loving it) and I can feel all my muscles getting bigger, but I'm still eating shit foods and want to sort this.

How do I work out the correct Calorie intake and macros?
Will this change when on Test E?
Will my diet be different because of how fat I am? (Roughly 40%fat, 135kg, 5'11)

if your 40 % bodyfat u def need to diet down man... y dont u hire him to do ur diet and drug program as well?
