Protein daily intake

is 400g protein per day too much whilst bulking on cycle ? thanks

Usually you want to do 2 grams of protein per pound. Personally I don't believe you can consume to much protein. Your body may not use that much protein in one day but that doesn't mean it goes to waste. It will eventually get used up. Protein synthesis goes on throughout the day not just for a few hours.

When your cutting then yes 2g/lb would be good..you could cut it down to 1.5g/lb but up your carbs for bulking mainly pre and post wo meals depending on body type and other things.

Accord. To Dr Mike Isratel, there's no scientific data supporting that anymore than 1g/pound of body weight of protein helps.

Marco is right Dr Cooper will back that up as well....now no study's have been done on people using AAS tho
