To my questions: 1. How much fat do you think I should gain when on a gaining phase? In one video you say that you made your best gains when you were lean, but in another you say that only small physique guys try to stay lean all year round. So how much fat do you think I should gain with the muscle?
2. Do you think T3/T4 can be used on a gaining phase to keep myself leaner?
