Hi everyone. I'm in my offseason rate now and I was wondering what are the best foods to eat before I workout and after to maximize muscle growth.
Just eat a good meal with protein carbs and fats. Pre example Steak or ground beef, white rice and olive oil or mac oil or alvacado or nuts. Post 50mg whey iso with 40 waxy maize then and hour or two later have a meal similar to pre workout meal and you could switch steak for white fish or chicken
