Whoa 25 lbs is alot in 2 weeks! What was your starting weight and current weight and which meal plan are you on?

I was ever then I though I was 279 lbs now 255 and still dropping 2 lbs a day . I only found one diet plan online from him .
6 hole eggs
50g protein Shake
6 oz chicken
50g protein shake
The salmon or like fish
Then your suppose to have 6 more eggs but I dont .
Do you have high bodyfat? I'd definately have that last egg meal..maybe do 5 whole eggs and 4 egg whites for example for both ur first and last meal. Also throw in some more healthy fats in each meal like almonds/cashews or natural peanut butter..a tablespoon or so.
There's a few diff plans from palumbo..gives you a good idea on what you can do.

Yep holding fat in the belly only all the rest is solid . I'll kick in the eggs on the last meal see how it goes . I've been doing almonds and all natural pb forgot to put that on the list also using some Mac oil.
