Ok so currently I'm consuming 320 grs of carbs / 200 prot / 55 fat.
I'm going to start a ph ( bulking )cycle soon, I always read that when you start a cycle you have to add more calories to put on more muscle, how muxh more calories do I need to add to put on muscle with minimum fat?

depends how big u r and how effective your meal timing will be
