To the people - intra carbs ( gatorade, intra - md , whatever ) around 30g carbs , will it effect the fat loss ?
I notice it on a cut..but that's just me.
Get a quality carb, not just sugar and go hypo. Peri workout will not make you fat.
I think it depends on the intensity of the session. Low/moderate sessions you should keep them at a minimum. Higher intensity, throw them in and see how your body reacts.
dont use a intra shake when trying to lean down.. u wanna be somewhat depleted during training for fat loss
