I am currently on test e and its my first cycle. wanna know should i train in high volume or low volume. how many sets should i do for each exercise? for example bicep curl? and how many warmup sets do u guys do before getting into the working sets? Do u guys train to failure with test e 500mg/week only cycle? trying to gain mass. thx
Theres no right or wrong way really. Some guys like dorian yates go heavy low reps low vol. Ronnie coleman heavy low reps high volume.
Rich piana a mixture of heavy high volume and light high reps high volume. All are big dudes. As long as u are breakin it down and recovering after then u will grow in time
If you're trying to gain mass train heavy with 6-8 reps per set. You dont want to get in a rut of doing the same thing all the time switching it up is what it's all about
i like to switch it up. going heavy 5-8 reps.
then changing it up another week and going light 15-20 reps.
you gotta experiment man. see what you like see what works for your body.
deff dont do the same thing all the time for too long.
