I do this all the time. Wake up, take my pre workout, and then hit the gym. Opinions? I'm sure lots of ppl do this. I find I'm not as strong but the pump is great. And it really leans me out...
If you have carbs the night before it's not too bad ig, try drinking a Gatorade while you workout maybe some amonos in there too! I use to do that just didn't have aminos so id eat right after
Horrible idea.. if u do this at least take bcaas prior during and post.... then eat immediately after

Yeah pre kicks in hard fasted. Now if i go fasted i shoot slin and use my intraworkout drink

I love working out in a fasted state. I always get my best workouts.. Either morning with just a pre or evening 2-4hrs after I eat.
Howevever I've also noticed I lean out a ton when I do.
yes u wi,l get leaner but not optimal for muscle growth
Am cardio is amazing for fat loss. Just go back in afternoon for regular workout though.
