Im currently cruising. 163 lbs about 18% bodyfat. Gonna run my second cycle of test e and EQ with dbol kickstart for 16-20 weeks...
My diet is in the following
Meal 1) 3 whole eggs, 8 whites w/ 1/2 cup oats(measured uncooked)
Meal 2) 8 oz chicken breast or white fish w/ 1 cup cooked brown rice w/ 1 tbspn mac nut oil
Meal 3) 50 grams whey iso w/ 2 tbspn all natural peanut butter
Meal 4) 8 oz chicken or white fish w/ 1 cup brown rice(cooked) (pre workout meal)
Meal 5) 8 oz top sirloin steak w/ 1 cup white rice w/ 1 tbspn mac oil
post workout shake:
60 grams whey iso w/ 40 grams waxy maize carbohydrate
Is that a good diet for me? Am I consuming enough?
