Off season diet help

What you guys think of this diet? 181 13%bf looking to grow

4 whole eggs, 80g oats, one scoop whey ISO


1can tuna, 250g sweet potatoes, 1tbsp


6oz chicken breast, 1cup rice, 1tbspn oil 1 oz almonds


6oz lean beef, 300g white potato, 1 tbspn oil


1 can tuna, 250g sweet potato, 1tbspn oil


6oz chicken 300g white potato 1tbspn oil


2scoops whey ISO and 1 scoop waxy maize post workout

I like it. I would not eat tuna everyday though, very high in mercury. Also make sure you are getting a good amount of fiber in to keep this food moving and digesting properly. around 10g per 1000 cals should be good.

Egg whites with some healthy fats, actual whole eggs, chicken, really another meat source
